Sessions are currently all held virtually - so feel free to join from your desk, couch, car, etc! We use a HIPAA compliant videoconferencing platform for your privacy. You’ll receive a link to access before your first session.
-
It depends! Some clients need just a few sessions to answer their questions and create a clearer path forward. Others benefit from more regular, ongoing sessions for continued support.
-
No - being out-of-network with insurance allows us to take on a smaller caseload so we can devote the necessary time needed to the individualized care each client deserves.
We are happy to provide a superbill for possible insurance reimbursement. Depending your plan, you may have out-of-network benefits that provide partial or full coverage for the cost of our sessions.

We specialize in women’s health and maternal health. Grace also has expertise in working with individuals who have experienced disordered eating or a history of dieting. We practice from a Health At Every Size (HAES) standpoint and are a weight-inclusive practice.
If you’re not sure if we’re a good fit for your needs, please feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to chat more.
-
You’ll receive a questionnaire prior to your first visit that asks about your health history, supplements you’re taking, etc., so that we can maximize our time together.
Other than that, all you’ll need for your first visit is a strong internet connection and a quiet(ish) space. Our sessions are a safe space to pump or nurse while we talk!

A registered dietitian-nutritionist (aka dietitian, RD or RDN) is the gold standard in nutrition care! Becoming a dietitian requires rigorous coursework (including medical nutrition therapy, education methodology, biochemistry, microbiology, social sciences, human anatomy and more), supervised practice, and completion of a comprehensive national exam. Dietitians then must complete continuing education to stay on top of emerging evidence.
Seeing a dietitian helps ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment!
