Meet Grace
Hi, I’m Grace, a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist who helps women feel stress-free & confident when it comes to their health.
The standard nutrition advice women receive is confusing, contradictory, and shame-y. You’re searching to get the answers you need – but maybe feeling information-overload in the process.
You deserve better.
My mission is to provide a kinder and more effective approach to nutrition during motherhood. I’ve spent my whole career helping women to better understand their personalized nutrition needs. With a strong background in maternal nutrition as well as lactation, I’m here to support you with warmth and expertise.
